Carify respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website and contact us, and how we use it in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we collect

When you submit the “Sell your car” form or request a callback: your name, phone number, email (optional) and details of your car. When you tap WhatsApp or Call: we log the car, the time and a hashed (irreversible) form of your IP address for abuse prevention. We never store the raw IP address.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, value your car and improve our service. We do not sell your data or share it with third-party marketers.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry data is kept for a maximum of 24 months. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at hello@carify.ae.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies (your language preference and the admin login session). Saved cars are stored in your browser only and never sent to us.
